Come join Evan, his family, friends and community as they gather together to celebrate Evan's 1st Heart Transplantversary by giving back to all those who made this anniversary possible.

Evan's goal is to make at least 40 no-sew fleece comfort blankets at the event. These blankets will be lovingly given to new donor families at the time of their loved one's passing, providing comfort to the family and honoring the precious gift of life that was given.

Evan also wants to offer care and support to the patients at CS. Mott Children's Hospital by donating the kind of toys that helped him the most during his time as a patient. Click the link below to see Evan's suggested toy list.

Drop-off locations in the community will be available for both comfort blankets and toys if you are unable to join in this celebration in person on April 13th. More details will be coming in March.
