Information – The chamber’s resources include telephone directories, city/county maps, club and organization lists, community profiles, demographics and more.

Monthly newsletter – This publication is sent to all members and provided information on community events, educational seminars and service organization functions as well as opportunities to advertise. 

Weekly Electronic Newsletter – This electronic version of our newsletter is sent to more than 600 people each week and provides information on community events, business specials and service organization functions. Members are encouraged to utilize this free advertisement for each of their upcoming activities.

Discounts – Chamber members receive discounts on insurance as well as on bulk mailing.

Member to Member Discount Card – Enjoy special savings from other participating Chamber businesses by showing you membership card.  

Clare Cash Gift Certificate Program – The Chamber provides this program in an effort to encourage consumer spending with Clare Chamber members. This program is open to all members wishing to participate.

Participation – Your membership allows involvement with the Chamber Board of Directors and the direction of the organization. There are numerous opportunities to be involved in community events, fundraisers, festivals and chamber committees. 

Membership - The Clare Area Chamber maintains shared memberships with the Harrison Chamber, Farwell Area Chamber, Gladwin Chamber, Midland Area Chamber, Mount Pleasant Area Chamber, the Clare County Historical Society and the Clare County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. This allows for various member networking opportunities.

Membership Labels – The chamber membership list is available to members and may be purchased in the form of mailing labels for $15 or on CD for $20.
